Distribution: circumpolar, arctic Ecology: Very common at Cape Bounty, occurring abundantly in all habitats Notes: Dioecious species. Dwarf shrub with horizontal, woody stems growing at ground level. Catkins with dark-brown bracts. Ovaries hairy. |
